I'm running 2.1 on an iPhone 4 with 4.1 (8B117) software. Last night, everything was working fine; this morning the Bad Weasel screen comes up, the page flips to a white screen -- and then stays a white screen.

I'm able to exit the app and get in to other apps, but when I reload I just get the white screen. I've tried entering both through the app icon and through Game Center.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I was on vacation last week.

I would suggest updating Sudoku Book to 2.1.1 if you haven't already.

Next you could try a complete reboot of the phone. Press and hold the sleep button until the slide to turn off appears. Slide it and then turn it back on.

Otherwise probably remove and reload the game. There are a couple of ways to do that. It depends on if you bought it on your phone or on your computer. If you purchased it on the computer just delete the app on your phone... Tap and hold on the icon until all the icons are giggling, then tap the X on Sudoku Book and it will delete it. THEN re-sync with your computer and set it to reload the app on your phone.

If you bought it on the phone you can plug it to your computer and do a 'transfer purchases' to back it up to the computer. Then once you know it's there follow the above directions to delete and reload it.

You can also just delete it from the phone and 'purchase' it again. It won't charge you for the 2nd purchase on the same device. It will say "you already bought this do you want to download it again".

Please let me know if the problem continues. I suspect something just got corrupt on your phone and a reload will solve it.

Another question. If you remove and then reload the game, I believe you lose your scores. I've gotten the white screen 3 times. After shutting off my phone, turning it back on and opening the game, I could still play the game and get new games, but it would not add any scores I received to my totals. I worked around it by switching to a new profile. I picked up where I left off and the scores in the new profile added to the old profile scores. Well, I'm on profile 4 and if I get a white screen on this one, I would have to unload and reload the game and lose my scores. I'd really rather not have to do that since MomKat56, is in first place and I've worked months to get there and stay there. Is there any way to add more profiles?

Do me this favor.. try switching back to one of your previous game center profiles to see if it reports your score again. I suspect that it's not about getting a new profile as much as it is about logging out and back in of game center.

I started having this same issue two days ago. Nothing but a white screen

I'd try to force quit the game and rerun it. From the main home screen, tap the home key twice, find the game in the multi-task bar, tap and hold until it giggles.. then hit the X to quit the game. Then tap home again and try playing the game again. If you still have problems send me an email.

I'm having the same problem. I had to get a replacement iPhone and download all my apps from the apple store. After the first game it white screened. The gamecenter welcome message comes up as Welcome Nettye315 and it says it's reporting my scores but after 3 hard games I realized it wasn't adding them. I've deleted the app twice now without any luck. Interesting that it only white s deemed once and it recognizes my gamecenter name. Have you any solutions yet?
